This episode looked at culture in reverse, or as it was titled in verse. Yes God’s Word deals with how we have lived in the past, how we can live in the present (now) and how we can look forward to living in hope and faith without fear in the future. You can’t drive a car forward looking through the rear view mirror! History tends to repeat itself even when we try to erase it to cancel culture! God is about wholeness, wellness, soundness, and balance spirit, soul, and body!

God good? Acts 10:38 Jesus went about doing good….how? Healing all who were oppressed of the devil. God is not the source of the virus/sickness. God is the Healer and Deliverer. Sickness is a form of oppression(something that dominates you). James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above. Where would God get sickness to put on you. There is no sickness in heaven. God could not give you something He doesn’t have!
Doing Life #184 Council to Counsel
Councils are appointed to give counsel. Counsel is defined as : advice given, policy or plan of behavior or action, deliberatioin/consultation. Prov. 21:3 There is no wisdom, understanding or counsel against the Lord. His Word still speaks, the question remains, “do we heed to His counsel?” His Word never changes and His counsel shall stand! Are you looking for counsel? In view of the crisis we are facing it is important to note that God doesn’t move by fear. We need to weigh the negativity with truth. Whose counsel will you seek? Man’s, Satan’s, or God’s?
Doing Life #183 Live Without Fear
Who do you permit to speak into your life? What is your reality of God? God understands the situation we are in. He did not cause it. He is our Redeemer, Healer, Life Sustainer, Deliverer, and our High Priest! The Cross speaks to the issues of spirit, soul, and body. The crown of thorns were representative of the mental anguish we bare, tormenting thoughts, and troubling imaginations. Faith draws the attention of God. Politicians seek the voice of the people for their power. Christians should seek the voice of God (found in His Word) for their power and authority!

What does it look like when you take God out of the equation? Delusion and self destruction. You can experience true freedom in the realm of the Spirit!

Press Release: God and His Truth never changes! God never lies! There is a lot of opportunity today to change your mind, information, thinking…but these two things remain clear. (God cannot change/lie). How do you know God’s mind? God’s mind, plan, purpose, will and His wisdom/knowledge are found in His Word (Bible). Teaching is God’s design of access. Pure teaching encourages self awareness and greater consciousness (not indoctrination)! Teaching is more than just postive thinking, it is an awareness/revelation deep on the inside of you. The real “you” is spirit. God allows and wants you to understand how to approach Him, receive Him, and walk with Him. You will experience His favor and know your spiritual inheritance. Choose not to be “spiritually unconscious!” When you have a consciousness of something, that’s when the message needs to be there to penetrate, to bring that revelation alive and reveal the glory and presence of God on the inside of you.
Wisdom- Modus Operandi Doing Life #146 02/27/19
God’s modus operandi is through wisdom (His Word) through words. Satan’s modus operandi comes by thoughts, images (imaginations) that bypass your spirit. His plan is to occupy your time, through your thoughts and feelings and render you hopeless in your circumstances. God’s Word is generated into your spirit as a seed and when it germinates you begin to process thoughts. God’s wisdom is activated and creates faith realities causing you to triumph in situaions of life. The spiritual realm influences the wisdom of man. The wisdom of man has to feed on either the wisdom of satan (thoughts) or the wisdom of God (words). You will find that most of satan’s wisdom will come from the outside fueled through the soul. Thought: fueled or filtered? Your spirit filters what comes to your soul or your body…but your soul is fueled. When the soul is fueled by something you will find it can rarely process the filter by your spirit. 2 Corinthians 2:11 warns us not to let satan take advantage of us through our ignorance of his devices. This is an imperative in the Greek, do not allow satan to dupe , defraud, outwit, or exploit you! How do I resist the devil? Ephesians 6:10 Stand: resist, oppose, push back…this is a spiritual exercise.

What is going on in our world today? Who is in control? Twenty some years ago people exited church because of the “negativity.” Tired of having someone judge their behavior, thoughts, how they dressed, etc…Did not want to hear judgment, gloom and doom. I remember hearing many sermons about the end is near?! Well, we left the walls of church, took God out of the equation and conversation so that we no longer need to be conscious of His approval/disapproval. We now have an “apolcalyptic mentality” in our marketplace and political arena. Everyone is a “god unto themselves” and depending on who you are listening to that particular day you are now subject to their “truth.” It is very comforting that there are three things God cannot do: fail, lie, or change. Maybe it would be a good idea to bring Him back into the conversation….just saying….?
