Jesus used the barren fig tree to teach a lesson on faith. How do we increase our faith? James says “Faith without works is dead.” What are the works of faith? Hebrews talks about the confession of faith. Your words create realities. We were made in the image of God and God spoke the world into being from empty, formless, void. He made us to have dominion. We were the only creation that was formed by His hands. When you look in the mirror you see your likeness but the likeness of God is seen by Him when He sees deep in your spirit. The Word says, “the just shall live by faith.” Romans 12:1,2 says that renewing your mind with the Word of God is how you love on Him and worship God. This will then transform your mind to how God thinks. You will view yourself as God sees you when you see yourself through His Word. You can increase your faith. Romans 10:17 by hearing and hearing the Word and meditating. Faith moves the hand of God. Get acquainted with God as your Father. Find out your inheritance in Him and enjoy the benefits. Say this over your life: I met Jesus, not only did He forgive me but He remembers my sins no more. I am the very righteousness of God. God gave me dominion and I can have victory in my life. Believe God’s Word and speak it over your life and things will begin to change. You will find out what God thinks about you and how He has believed in you, meditate on it and build it in your spirit. You will respond to God speaking into your life and you will begin to speak the same thing God speaks over your life. Faith is how God works in your life. God gives you His Word and promises to perform it but you have to work it!
